OUR MISSION
Lead youth and families into a life-giving relationship with Jesus, anchored in truth, where faith is nurtured, strengthened, and applied to everyday life.
A Christ-centered community where youth and families can belong, grow, serve, lead, build authentic relationships, and discover a life-giving relationship with Jesus.

Anchor Ministry was not born from a plan to build another organization. It has grown through prayer, discernment, need, relationship, and a deep conviction that God is at work in this place.
Our leaders are committed to listening before moving, relying on the guidance of the Holy Spirit, remaining anchored in God’s Word, and responding in obedience as He opens doors. We believe this ministry belongs to God—and our calling is to faithfully shepherd what He is building.
Life can feel unsteady. Questions, pressure, comparison, change, and uncertainty can make it easy to drift. We believe Jesus is the One who holds.
Anchor Ministry exists to create spaces where people can know Jesus, know what is true, understand who they are in Him, and build a faith strong enough to live in the real world.

Lead youth and families into a life-giving relationship with Jesus, anchored in truth, where faith is nurtured, strengthened, and applied to everyday life.
A generation of families firmly and authentically anchored in Christ—growing in faith, wisdom, courage, and confidence—who boldly live out their faith and pass it on for generations to come.
Anchor is more than one gathering. It is a community designed to grow with youth and families.

Real relationships, welcoming spaces, trusted adults, friends, and a community where nobody has to stand alone.

God’s Word, worship, prayer, honest questions, small groups, mentors, and faith that becomes your own.

Local outreach, mission trips, service projects, compassion, and opportunities to put faith into action.

Youth leadership, Faith Buddies, worship, creative ministry, and meaningful ways to use the gifts God has given you.
We are listening, praying, and building in response to the needs of youth, families, churches, and our communities.
Gatherings, Faith Buddies, worship, prayer, small groups, blessing, service, fun, relationships, and a bridge into deeper faith.
Weekly gatherings, games, worship, God’s Word, small groups, prayer, blessing, service, friends, and real-life faith.
Community, discipleship, leadership, worship, God’s Word, prayer, blessing, small group, deeper conversations, mentoring, and mission.
Mission trips, retreats, conventions, summer experiences, service, and opportunities to go and grow.
Worship team, drama, music, tech, storytelling, and creative ways to share faith.
Parent support, adult faith formation, groups, retreats, family experiences, and intergenerational connection.
Sometimes discipleship looks like opening a Bible together. Sometimes it is a deep conversation, serving side by side, praying, laughing, or simply showing up again and again.
We want Anchor to be a community where friends, mentors, youth, parents, grandparents, and caring adults walk together, grow together and point one another toward Jesus.

Launch Night is designed to give you a real taste of Anchor—joy, relationships, God’s Word, worship, youth voices, service, prayer, and Jesus at the center.
Show up, participate, ask questions, worship, and bring a friend.
Mentor, volunteer, help with meals, worship, events, service, prayer, or leadership.
Families, churches, businesses, and community partners can invest, pray, and collaborate.
Tell somebody. Bring somebody. Help us make room for somebody.
There is no membership or participation fee to be part of Anchor Ministry. We do not want finances to be the barrier that keeps a youth, family, or individual from finding their place here.
As a nonprofit ministry, Anchor is sustained through the generosity of individuals, families, churches, businesses, community partners, grants, and fundraising. Those who believe in the mission are invited to pray, partner, serve, and financially invest in what God is building.
Giving is an invitation—not a requirement. Some mission trips, retreats, conventions, or special experiences may have costs, but we will communicate those clearly and work to provide fundraising opportunities and financial assistance whenever possible.
Anchor Ministry is built by people who love Jesus, care deeply about youth and families, and are willing to show up, serve, pray, lead, encourage, and make room for others. We are incredibly grateful for the volunteers who give their time, gifts, wisdom, and hearts to help make this ministry possible.
